At Shiels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewelry or watch, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Shiels account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original Shiels packaging, including all certificates and warranty cards, to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass our quality inspection.
